Proposed Partnership Structure:
To ensure a fair and mutually rewarding collaboration, I propose the following compensation structure:
MLS Access for Comps and Data: I require access to the MLS database to independently gather data and perform property analysis as an assistant.
Compensation for Deals Originated from MLS:
$250 per Closed Deal (Without Your Assistance): For every wholesale deal I successfully close on distressed properties sourced from the MLS database, without requiring your direct involvement in the specific transaction (e.g., negotiations, paperwork, Title companies, Finding a cash buyers), I will compensate you with a flat fee of $250. Only, At the time of closing, you will be paid from the Title company directly.
50/50 Split (With Your Assistance): In instances where your active involvement is necessary to close a wholesale deal sourced from the MLS (e.g., negotiations, contract, execution or find a cash buy), we will split the net profit from the wholesale transaction on a 50/50 basis. (This applies to only deals that would be acquired through MLS access and/ or (With Your Assistance)
Referral of Traditional Real Estate Leads:
Referral of Leads from My Channels, advertising or my website.: Any leads for traditional real estate transactions (buying or selling standard residential or commercial properties) generated through my website or ads (Wholesaling123.com) or my marketing efforts will be forwarded to you.
Standard Commission Split: For any leads forward to you from me, and you successfully convert into closed real estate transactions, you will pay me the same percentage of $250. Per deal that you collect only at the time of closing.
